Finally, I started a new quilt.
On Saturday I needed a mental health break, so I ignored the laundry, the dishes, and even my own hangover, to quilt. I got a bunch of cutting done after playing with fabric combinations. This is where I started.

I absolutely adore inspiration that comes from "unique" places. Don't you just love those color rocks? I wish I had some of the "natural" colors. I just have "brights," although that in itself could be an inspiration if I just reach in and grab a handful...
Love those colors and... I bet the dished and laundry were still there when you got around to it and you felt happier doing them after your fabric break!
That is a pretty group of fabrics - love the inspiration as well. I'm sure the dishes will wait for you.
