Inspiration to Quilt to Inspiration

Do you remember when I started the Grass quilt and I said it was inspired by our intended landscaping? Well, the landscaping is finally done. (Minus one patch in the backyard.) I thought I would share the inspiration and final project together. Toddler legs as part of the package.

Not that I don't love the quilt, but how you gonna cut that grass?

lovely little quilt, perhaps I will pick up your que and make one based on all the dead grass in my front yard -- hot summer + watering restrictions = brown grass with bright green and yellow dandilions!

That is very cool! We haven't done much landscaping yet. I will have to see what might inspire me as we begin to add borders, flowers and bushes next summer. Thanks for the inspiration!
