I'm hoping they'll let us tag along too. Having been to Mall of America a couple of times, it is now in the category of "been there, done that." Although when our son was little it was pretty cool to hang around Camp Snoopy (the theme park in the center of the mall) and look at the original home plate of the Minnesota Twins, which they left right where it had been when there was a ball diamond there.Live a Colorful Lifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06258513987513144582noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7593114644785141187.post-67948688505460244642012-11-28T14:01:10.825-07:002012-11-28T14:01:10.825-07:00Thank you for linking to this - memories of my 8 y...Thank you for linking to this - memories of my 8 years in Edmonton are flooding back, including an August vacation with my parents (I was at UofA)that was supposed to be a camping trip and turned into a trip to the West Ed mall waterpark because it snowed...in AUGUST, and helping to paint the African themed rooms at the Fantasyland Hotel! Yep, 1993 I think it was, we did four rooms. Interesting insider tidbit: There are some zebras whose hind legs disappear behind a light switch plate -- if you were to remove that plate, you'd see that they are wearing rubber boots (or gumboots, as we call them)! We couldn't help ourselves!!

Love your blog, your book, your outlook! xMelindaMelindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06048069972255218036noreply@blogger.com
